Great location, but a bit dirty, sheets with yellow stains. At first there was only one towel in the room for 4 people, when we asked for more towels, they gave us 2 more. In the end, it was still not enough. If you need something cheap and comfortable, you can try it. If you want cleanliness and hotel comfort, it is better to look for something else.
