去年清明來大連的時候住的是這家，感覺很好，於是今年還選了這家。去年是住六人間，今年和朋友住雙人間。去年來的時候感覺挺好的，被子睡的不會過敏（本人很容易過敏），儘管公共廁所很臭，水質量感覺也不是很好，但當時也沒太在意，總體感覺依然良好。可是!今年的兩人間，真的讓人又失望又無語。
1.洗澡水不算熱
2.桌席上全是灰，除了床，洗漱台，馬桶衞生上沒什麼問題，其他地方肉眼可見的灰
3.水質感覺怪怪的
4.喝水杯壁上油油的，（燒的）熱水也沖不乾淨
如果住單人還是可以的（不在意公共區域衞生的話），雙人間就算了吧

위치는 다롄역에서 버스 3정거장으로 편리하고 지하철도 가깝다
계단이 많아서 캐리어이동은 힘들다
가까운 곳에 맛집이 있고 시장이 가까워서 필요한 물건을 싸게 구입가능
시설이 낡아서 보수가 필요함
직원은 친절하지만 영어가 어려움
가격이 저렴하여 저예산 여행자에게 알맞음
