酒店房間設施老舊，窗户是不可開的，一股灰塵味，有點嗆人，很難入睡。被褥有種潮潮的感覺。最不能接受的，在我大中國範圍內，服務人員第一句話是跟我講日語！！！後面兩天果斷退掉！不住了！

立地条件がよく商業施設に近いため、買い物にも便利でした。リブランドされたホテルですが、清潔感があり、眺望もよかったです。朝食も満足がゆくもので、味もよかったです。プールも清潔でサービスも迅速な対応で感心しました。次回も利用したいと思うくらいよい宿泊施設だと思います。

隨著新式酒店不斷推陳出新，有品牌名氣的老飯店硬體應該也要用心更替。
原來飯店集團打下的硬體基礎，飯店位置優勢、大廳高大尚、氣派雄偉，這些都是很好的基底。
但經過這麼多年，基本應該做到，且容易做到的改進，例如電梯燈光、房間燈光、房間門、床頭兩側插座，都應該盡速改善。
房間門不好開關，我聽到不只是我們房間、隔壁、隔壁隔壁都是需要大力的開門、關門，開關門產生的躁音，應該所有住房客都有感觸。
真心喜歡你們酒店、真心希望你們越來越好。

一個超值的五星酒店，連住7天，斷續訂單，感覺非常好。帶孫女游泳，池子深淺合適，就是報班的孩子多；在西餐廳晚餐，團購，現點都超值，人少，安靜；日料也不錯。樓面清掃阿姨吳艷梅和藹可親，熱情周到的服務給我們留下深刻印象，代班阿姨也熱情周到，他們是酒店的名片。
房間空調不能調整温度，不能開窗，修理了一次也沒弄好，有點熱；地漏散發微弱臭味。
不足不影響下次再來，出門太方便了。
