設施：老酒店，設施雖有些陳舊但維護得當。房間內設施齊全，酒店內還有餐廳、超市、康體中心等很方便。
衞生：客房衞生很乾凈，衹是公共區域地毯污漬較明顯。
環境：酒店位於市中心，出行和外出就餐很便利。唯一缺點是所入住的房間從每晚10點開始能聽到低頻的風機噪音，一直持續到第二天上午。不知是餐廳排煙設備還是空調外機的聲音，對於睡眠不好的人會有所影響。
服務：服務周到，能感覺到星級酒店的服務水準，特別是客房保潔阿姨很熱心。

老牌五星級酒店，設施維護得不錯，性價比高，服務態度好，前廳部麗麗工作認真負責，地理位置優越，交通方便，有軌電車201車站就在門口，俄羅斯風情街步行十分鐘就可以到達，附近吃飯都挺方便，推薦入住！

服務人員態度在線，酒店的燈光暗 ，衞生間的日式風格佈局合理，非常適合帶長者和孩子入住使用，但是房間的燈光雖然數量很多，但是不夠明亮，尤其是吧枱的燈，似乎是感應燈，天亮的樣子，吧枱上方的燈就不亮
