位置好，設施老，作為一個離火車站的一個賓館，除了位置，剩下已是老酒店了，希望從新改造，會招來很多遊客的

裝修時間很老舊，但是交通很方便，挨着公交站，地鐵走的也不是很遠，馬路對面就是小吃一條街，非常方便，周邊還有兩家快餐店。
