大連出張で宿泊しましたが、外国人担当（日本語対応）のスタッフが居たため、とてもスムーズにチェックイン＆チェックアウトができましたし、部屋もアップグレードして下さって大変満足な滞在でした。いつもこのホテルを利用しているのですが、毎回、次回もこのホテルに宿泊したいと思って帰国しています。謝謝！
