酒店大堂環境温馨高雅別緻，很喜歡這個風格，房間也很乾凈，前台的Arlee還幫我免費升級了房間。很滿意～下次還會選擇凱賓斯基的。

酒店前台服務特別好，Jennie任經理有在處處為客人去考慮，安排的房間很贊，入住期間很舒心。酒店內有機器人，周圍的配套也很齊全，出行很方便。真心推薦給大家。

시설이 조금 노후되긴했지만 중산광장 근처 가성비숙소로는 최고인듯. 파빌리온까지 걸어서 10분거리이고 바로 옆에 길건너면 홀리랜드,헤이티 등 유명한건 다 있음. 부대시설 운영을 제대로안하는게 아쉬움

We stayed in the hotel for two nights and had a very good experience. When we arrived, the manager Jennie at the front desk warmly welcomed us and arranged a very spacious and bright room for us. She introduced the hotel's facilities and said the room was very comfortable and convenient for travel. It is suitable for any destination and I recommend it to everyone.

I stayed at the Kempinski Hotel Dalian yesterday. The experience was great! I must share it. As soon as I stepped into the hotel, Jennie, the manager of the guest relations department, greeted me warmly. Her sincere attitude instantly dispelled the fatigue of the journey. Moreover, the hotel has a superb geographical location and very convenient transportation. There are subway stations and bus stops around, which is very convenient whether it is to go to scenic spots or business districts. This time I stayed at the Kempinski Hotel Dalian.
