出乎預料的滿意，淡季的價格非常划算，行政雙床房窗外景色很美，房間也比較大，洗手間很亮堂，房間設施雖然老一點但是很乾凈。行政酒廊的服務都很好，吃的不算多但是也還不錯，早餐還是6樓的品種更多更豐富，尤其是手工拉麪。大堂每次進門遇到一位年長的門僮都很客氣，服務很好，前台也是。游泳池水温偏冷需要一直遊，不過配了一個温水池可以遊好緩解一下。唯一缺點就是行政酒廊的下午茶2天一樣，要是可以有點變化會更好。

第一次到大連，酒店超出預期，服務好，樓層服務員大姐特別親切，行政酒廊也nice，服務小姐姐熱情又專業，咖啡超好喝，還送了生日蛋糕，禮賓也好

前台服務、客房服務、禮賓部服務沒得説、特別滿意；親子房細節做得很貼心、洗護產品也不是雜牌；但是大冬天的恆温泳池真的冷、每次下水前都要做很久的心理建設；大堂售賣糕點的區域、不是現貨、需要等廚房送下來、前後大概需要十分鐘、不適合掐點趕飛機人士、需要預留時間

酒店、房間都很不錯，反正我沒覺得舊，設施都還挺方便的。遇到的每一個工作人員都很熱情友善。禮賓的大叔（名字就叫大叔）很可愛。客房工作人員也很好，送水送枕頭牙具響應很快。
