3月22號下午兩點到酒店，前台是一位戴眼鏡的小姑娘接待辦理入住，細心周到，熱情服務，早餐服務也很好，比23年提高很多，23年夏天旅遊旺季，人員不足可以理解，雖説每次來就吃一次早餐，就看服務，不是為了挑問題，衹是我會推薦朋友來住洲際，從13年到18.19.20年基本一樣，23年服務提升很大，這次比23年還提升了！下次來大連還會入住！

Staying at InterContinental Dalian COSCO SHIPPING Hotel is an impressive experience. The hotel has a superior location, considerate service, and complete facilities. It is full of surprises from entering the lobby to leaving the hotel. Special thanks to the front desk ladies Brynn and Cindy for their attentive reception - they not only checked in quickly with a friendly smile, but also took the initiative to give us the hotel's characteristic refrigerator magnet as a commemorative gift, and even thoughtfully coordinated for us to delay check-out until 3 pm, making the itinerary more relaxed. During the process, they always maintained a professional and warm service attitude, and even predicted the needs of guests in advance, which perfectly interpreted the meaning of "home away from home". The room attendant Fang Shuhua was also touching. She cleaned the room spotlessly every day, replenished mineral water, and even folded the clothes that were placed randomly. She would also express her concern for us with notes. This kind of attentive service made us feel warm. The overall design of the hotel is inspired by marine elements. The high dome and wavy crystal lamp in the lobby show the majestic momentum, but it can also be seen that the years left by the old five-star hotel are mottled. The room is spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the city skyline and the distant coastline. I especially like the quality of the bedding, with a moderately soft and hard mattress and skin-friendly sheets, which provide a deep sleep experience. The fitness center on the seventh floor is fully equipped, with a constant temperature swimming pool with clear water and a complete gym. It is suitable for leisure and vacation. I look forward to experiencing the unique charm of this landmark hotel in a coastal city next time!
