There was hair all over the bed. I asked the front desk if the sheets and duvet covers had been changed? The front desk said that they had all been changed. After we went in and took a look, there were indeed hairs. They brought a new set of sheets and quilt covers and gave them to us directly. They told us that the cleaning staff was off duty and asked us to change them ourselves.
