Quite disappointed by the service and the state of appliances in the room. It was very freezingly cold during the whole period of stay, the air conditioner didn’t work properly. The teapot wasn’t functioning without holding the hand on the “ON” button.
The last, but not the least. Supplying the guests with the towels with holes on them seems not to be a good idea.
To sum up, I cannot recommend this hotel for staying.

The overall experience was disappointing due to poor service. Reception staff were unorganized, unaware of guest arrangements, and lacked basic communication skills. The breakfast was unacceptable — no tea or juice was provided.
