首先説一下前台服務，是很令人滿意的，也很熱情。浴室的門都是透明設計，沒有格擋，但是可以主動聯繫前台，就會有保潔阿姨送一塊遮擋用的布過來，也可以接受。衞生什麼都還可以。早飯種類也過得去，位置偏少，經常得等“翻桌”。但是我要説一下我吃早飯遇到的事情，我坐在餐枱最近的桌子吃飯，聽到一個杯子被摔碎的聲音，我立馬抬頭，是一個叔叔可能因為手滑把杯子摔碎了，這時候我看到一個冷臉服務人員（平頭的一個大叔，50-60歲的樣子）站在那，把一大塊玻璃茬往摔碎杯子的那個叔叔腳邊踢，我想請問這是什麼行為？隨後另一個服務人員出來清理了殘渣，這個服務人員就進廚房了，我想請問一下這是什麼行為？如果是一個小孩兒無意摔碎，也要被這樣對待嗎？

如此炎熱的夏天，網選到停了一整夜電的酒店，一整夜無電無網電話無人接聽短訊無人回覆，凌晨12點準時停電，早上5點44才用發電機來電，之後隔二十分鐘左右一停，反反覆覆幾次，汗流浹背一夜未眠，手機電池最後彈盡糧絕，房間裏漆黑一片，無如何工作人員告知情況 ，樓下的機器散發轟鳴聲和氣味，因為報名了一日遊旅行團，早上七點需要集合，酒店自助餐是七點開始，到離開酒店手機和充電寶都衹沖進一點點電量，勉強開機，十分影響行程使用。人一夜未眠精疲力盡……
酒店對面的牛肉麪館好吃，樓下有燒烤超市。

旅遊旺季三四百的價格不要要求太高。酒店樓下吃喝方便，去哪裡打車也挺方便的，幾公里範圍內。客房服務人員和前台非常熱情。房間設定雖然比較陳舊，但打掃的很乾凈，淋浴噴頭非常舒服。
特此表揚下攜程客服，因酒店半夜12點突然停電，前台電話也沒辦法打通，房間內悶熱無比，漆黑一片，無奈之下凌晨3點左右抱着試試的心態給攜程客服打了電話，沒想到居然成功了，經過確認，政府停電酒店也在解決。再這樣一個烏漆嘛黑又悶熱無比的夜晚，終於找到了一股不在懼怕的能量。
因為我們住在高層，這個酒店房間不大，樓道也比較窄又七拐八拐的，突然黑壓壓一片真的很恐怖。客服不但幫我聯繫到酒店負責人還做了補償。
大概凌晨4點左右來電了，打開空調，繼續睡，沒想到7點多又停電了，直至10點多退房都沒有來電。我的行李箱有23公斤重，本來打算將行李箱先放在房間門外，等來電了再來取。服務生大姐特別熱心的要幫我拿下樓，這時又來了一個大姐，一下子把我的行李箱扛到了一樓。特別感謝這個大姐，她也是想代表酒店為客人做一些補償。
關於政府通知停電，具體細節不清楚，但我知道他們肯定事先也是收到通知的，但作為酒店為什麼這麼被動，管理層應該引此為鑒。
