一大早退房將小孩的球服落在房間的衣櫃，明確先是在平台聯繫酒店回覆説沒有，再次去電告知前台東西落下的具體位置，説已登記好，然後就再沒收到回覆。衣服不值錢，但是不方便重新購買才想着讓酒店幫忙寄到付。這樣的服務下次應該不會再選擇麗楓。

住過的最差的酒店，每天打掃完之後，地面上的垃圾到處都是，淋浴間昨天的掉頭髮都沒有清理，淋浴間玻璃上到處都是發黴的斑點。房間電視不能看，電話不能打，電話上面的塵土都快看不清電話號碼了。上次客人在淋浴間留下的肥皂和使用過的牙刷都連續三天都沒有清理，入住的第二天和前台反應這些問題，結果派上來一個保安，説是打掃地面要和前台去報備，真是無語。後來又還了一個人前台的工作人員，説是第二天會徹底打掃，結果，第二天，淋浴間使用過的牙刷和肥皂還在。實在是都沒心情再去計較了。浴巾的邊緣都已經掉線了，保守估計至少使用了6，7年了。如果你説是100塊左右的酒店，也就算了，這樣的酒店也好開價600左右。下面看看實際的圖片

優點，房間就是標準的麗楓，房間面積比較大
缺點，但是時間比較老了，設備陳舊，吹風機漏電線，空調屏幕都碎了，看不出温度，模式。整的兩天沒開空調，晚上前台方便麪，火腿，飲料都沒有，大連外面比較難，他説他們沒有夜生活。
最不能忍受的，家庭房，你放什麼計生用品呀！不適合帶孩子住！！！

房間設施設備齊全，空調效果比較給力。由於我們是中午12點前入住，前台積極配合給予了方便。樓下安保大叔很熱情提供問訊服務，介紹了周邊景點場所。酒店對面就是熟食交易中心，買賣土特產的不二選擇。
