比較乾淨，而且因為多人間住滿了給我升級成了四人間，離星海公園和星海浴場比較近，做公交車也很方便，房子旁邊就是小山，開了窗户空氣很好

避雷！！！避雷！！避雷！！我住過最差的地方沒有之一！根本不值這個價位！我不知道為什麼視頻封面這麼好看，大家點進去看看就知道了！連廁紙，沐浴露，洗髮水，牙膏都沒有，門鎖還是壞的鎖不上！被子特別噁心，很黃很潮，裏面還有上一個客人的假睫毛！電視還看不了，因為那個插電口根本插不進去👍隔音也是絕了，來回走路聲巨響！我在瀋陽一百四的房間都比這個好多多多了！這個還一百七，還要和別人住😊我不是一個愛評論的人，除非我特別特別特別生氣！

枕頭和被子都有明顯污漬（´--個別陳設積灰嚴重；男老闆很友好，風格還不錯，小貓咪超級多超級可愛，主人養的很好；房間門明顯漏風，空調開一晚上房間還是涼涼的，冬天住不舒服；房間熱水器儲水功能不太行，洗個澡十來分鐘就沒熱水了，但是燒的也快；房間反味嚴重，希望下水道進行一定的處理；桌子不穩定，榻榻米有個大洞，房間燈泡有一個不亮，房間門有時候關不上希望老闆定期檢查，及時維修。總的來説，既然價格在那裡，各種不適都要進行一定的忍耐，是這個價格的平均水平。提醒住在這的朋友，有的外賣員總是找不到位置，有條件儘量出去吃。
