預訂了送機服務，5點半送機，我們5點31問的吧枱，説有可能車已經走了，讓我們自己到酒店門外看看有沒有車，我還納悶呢，竟然能這麼準時發車？我一出去發現的確沒有商務車，但當我打上車時候，發現酒店商務車從後院出發了……吧枱服務人員並沒有説送機車輛在哪裡等待，我建議你們家弄個指示牌在吧枱，服務員不説我們可以自己看到，打車10塊錢不多，但很窩火。
