帶孩子出來玩，主要是想看看小企鵝，因為酒店靠海所以房間非常的潮。住起來超級不舒服。
我們在攜程上寫的不要角落房，但是最終被告知衹有角落房了。非常不滿意。但是酒店的夜間保安大叔人真的超級好！！無論是態度還是服務都很周到。給夜間保安大叔點贊！！

雖然設施簡單但是能看企鵝是很大亮點，孩子很喜歡。位置也不錯，步行到海邊很近。樓下就是滬上阿姨和蜜雪冰城。也可以喂海鷗。缺點一個是隔音不太好，再一個早餐也很一般，服務整體還可以但相比南方還有差距。

服務態度很差，差到哪一種？買的兩日聖亞海洋世界➕一晚的套餐，下午18點到店後被告知門票要從當地算（幾個館當日17點就閉館了），問為什麼會這樣，也並未在詳情頁做出準確的提示，前台服務人員毫不解釋，理直氣壯地表達，這另外一日的場館門票還有vip服務呢！這個和兩日的門票有什麼關係？況且這也不是無法提供完整服務的原因。
暑期，就主打能訛一個是一個，包括預訂的另外一個酒店也是，都是差評。

在酒店裡就可以跟企鵝互動，呆萌的企鵝太可愛了，還有海洋館的貴賓票，超值的體驗，孩子特別開心，還會二刷
