此次入住3007海景大床房，雖然到酒店時間已經晚間十一點，但感受到酒店熱情與高效工作精神與態度。禮賓部張海濤主管親自送行李到房間，並及時提供酒店及當地方便觀光旅遊的訊息，他的認真負責與誠信令人印象深刻。嘉賓軒主管MARY工作認真負責，態度誠懇，靈活調整工作方式，儘可能貼心地滿足賓客需求，有效維護了酒店信譽。酒店早餐工作人員工作精神亦值得表揚。

酒店位置無敵，海景無敵，下樓就是星海廣場，在房間就能看到燈光秀。前廳部經理 crystal熱情周到，這次出行趕上孩子生病發燒，Crystal主動讓餐飲部送來白粥，非常感謝

酒店位於星海廣場，客房的落地窗可以欣賞到遼闊的海景，地理位置優越，交通方便。
酒店出門就是海，旁邊是星海灣沙灘，離聖亞海洋世界和大連森林動物園很近，非常適合家庭出遊。
現在入住酒店還有機會獲得專屬旅拍體驗，旅拍團隊非常專業，化粧師和攝影師人也很nice~

這個酒店年頭已經很多了，二十幾年了。硬件已經很舊了。屬於上一代的豪華酒店了。應該重新裝修了。而且人員的服務很一般。保潔見到客人跟沒看見一樣。空調不涼大堂，每個樓層公共空間都很熱。如果花3000多，建議換新一代產品。這個酒店已經是沒落的貴族了。前台服務很差，按金退回很慢，發票還沒開出來。早上打電話前台聲音半死不拉活。餐廳服務員打情罵俏，聊天攀談。根本不像豪華酒店。早餐桌椅全是劃痕。二十多年沒換過傢俱。答應的迎賓水果也沒有。服務前台服務差，説沒房子。我們説倒時差，才給調出來一個，謊話連篇，折磨客户。特別官僚作風。
