I rarely review hotels on Ctrip, but this time the experience was so bad that it was hard not to complain. A few questions: 1. The air conditioner was out of power when I checked in at noon. I deliberately came back later to leave time for processing, but the problem was not solved in more than ten hours. The house was hot and stuffy after being exposed to the sun all day, which was a waste of money. 2. The room was duplex, low and narrow. It was the first time I had a concept of the term "snail house". Those who have not experienced it can come and feel it. Combined with the first point, the experience is full. 3. There is a layer of dust on the table, bedside table, etc., as shown in the picture. It is recommended that consumers who check in later should clean the sanitation before putting their bags or clothes. 4. There are many hairs on the drain in the bathroom. I found that I was soaking my feet while taking a bath. The speed of water leakage from the floor drain is touching. Combined with the third point, I seriously suspect that the water was left on the surface during cleaning or even skipped this step.

Poor hygiene and poor service. I stayed for four days and changed three rooms. It was very annoying. The room is dirty, full of dead corners, and all the air conditioner remote controls have been taken away. Are they so poor that they are not allowed to use the air conditioner?
