房間比預想的寬敞很多，也很乾凈整潔。我愛人對煙味敏感，所以房間有一點煙味，他就能聞到，體驗感稍微有些減分。我們一家四口入住，房間衹準備了兩雙拖鞋，孩子們的能提前給準備好 就更好了。我們入住時間太晚了，所以也就沒跟酒店的人要拖鞋。

建物が新しいので部屋もまだ損傷が少なくてきれいな方だと思います。
開発区の繁華街までは少し距離がありますが歩けない距離ではありません。
部屋の出入り等の案内は微信でやり取り、または電話で確認が必要だったりするので
中国語がいくらか理解できないと宿泊は難しいかも？
通訳の方を介して等をすれば問題はないかも。

民宿位於開發區裏許多公寓樓中的魔墅公館的高層。該樓很新，房間裏的設施幾乎是全新的，包括洗衣機與冰箱。房間特別寬敞，除了兩張大床外，還有一張長沙發。我們帶着孩子衹有三人，活動空間太大了，我們先住了一晚，後來又續住兩晚。前期在金石灘、梭魚灣住的民宿都沒有這麼寬敞，性價比高。民宿不靠輕軌站，但出門滴滴打車很方便，搭乘附近的801路公交車也可去輕軌站。民宿樓下及附近有許多餐飲店，比較方便。如果往西走700米，則有更多更好的選擇。

性價比很差，郊區的位置賣出市區一樣的價格，除了裝修算新的，其他細節是真的不敢恭維，電梯又熱又慢，那麼熱的天，大樓空調都沒有，這一點就非常差了，其他還有自來水也小的可憐，做的窗户也是很奇怪的，很大一個飄窗，每次關窗還要爬上爬下，隔音很差 ，信號什麼都不好，衞生服務也很差，門口的垃圾幾天也沒人清理，床單被套都不乾淨，旁邊的配套也差，地鐵又破又遠，商場也遠，還很破，反正不會在住
