Great stay experience. The guest service department contacted us in advance before check-in and met all our needs perfectly. It happened to be my child's birthday on the day of check-in. Not only did they make birthday decorations, but the fitness center also gave my child bath salts as a birthday gift. The little guy was very happy. We didn't want to squeeze our room with an extra bed, so we upgraded the room type for free. We asked about our needs during our stay. The receptionist at the door took the initiative to open and close the car door and carry the luggage every time we went out or returned. The quality of Four Seasons is trustworthy and I will stay here again next time.
