HanTing Hotel (Dalian Kaifaqu Dongcheng Tianxia)

Super bad review. The parking pole at the entrance of the hotel was broken. Four big screws were leaking out, like nails. No roadblocks were set up. When I came back at night, I accidentally pressed on the tire and punctured it. I asked the front desk at about 10 o'clock in the evening and they never got a reply, saying that it would be 8 o'clock tomorrow morning. We waited until nine o'clock and still didn't get a reply. We asked the front desk again and she said it was funny that the boss didn't answer the phone. We waited all night and didn't get a satisfactory answer. Finally, the front desk contacted us and said that we had to take the road and we couldn't go. Next, it means that we deliberately punctured the tire and asked us to repair it ourselves. Doesn’t the hotel have no responsibility at all? It only set up roadblocks after knowing that our car was punctured, and repaired the tire at the last moment. In the end, we repaired the tire ourselves. I paid 80 yuan. Although the money is not much, the behavior of this hotel is really chilling. The chain store allows you to do this. It is really good. Extremely bad review.

The hotel is very new, and the stay experience is good. Every staff member I met has a very good attitude. It is a very happy travel experience~~~ I recommend this hotel.

The environment can be seen in pictures, it’s really good. An extra detail is that his smart toilet has a remote control, so that people like me who don't have a smart toilet at home will not be able to use the toilet.

送孩子來大連上大學，選了漢庭酒店，而且提前快遞了蚊帳等物品到酒店，很方便，這裏給我們很好的住宿體驗，很乾凈，主要是房間佈局符合，我特別喜歡床頭一角的座位休息區，特別棒👍👍👍，房間四瓶水也很給力，附近吃的東西也多。因為下雨，沒有去海邊，以後再來。

酒店距離東城天下很近，也就五分鐘左右，周邊商圈成熟，交通便利，打車到城鐵站也很近，附近公交站也不遠，車次多，吃飯購物就更方便了。連住了四天，後面三天在前台辦理的，五一期間人多，酒店有早餐，種類還很豐富。服務員熱情接待，必須點贊！

酒店環境非常好 前台小姐姐工作特別認真 微笑服務態度非常不錯 設施新 衞生乾淨！！真心建議需要的朋友們可以定這家！
