設施：可以，基本齊全
衞生：一般，地板不太乾淨，有的地方有頭髮，陽台有灰，靠枕有點臟
環境：可以，購物方便，離地鐵站稍微有點遠
服務：可以，入住方便

最看重衞生，這項極其不過關，如下
1.地面為清掃很多灰和毛，明顯的地方，顯然未清掃
2.枕頭套未更換，確認未更換！
3.抱枕套應該至少一個月+為清洗更換，全是臟灰
設施一般：
因為看到枕套問題所以並沒有洗澡也沒有用浴巾等，其他設施衹是有，備用被褥枕頭，也建議不要用。
服務：幾乎無接觸，微信聯繫，畢竟民宿，沒有標準的，所以我衹客觀描述事實。
周邊購物方便，香爐礁交通便利。但攜程評價虛高。
既然做民宿服務，希望店家能將心比心，用心做，這個價位不要求設施，但起碼乾淨，如果這都做不到，何必出來經營。

這家酒店坐落在大連奧萊中心位置，周邊有山姆超市、麥德龍和迪卡儂，購物非常方便。步行距離地鐵站4分鐘。
成立兩年的酒店，店內設施齊全完善，室內空間寬敞，舉架高，住着很舒服。窗外視野好。如果住在朝向大海的一側，景色就更好了！
衞生非常乾淨，整潔漂亮。最喜歡他家的大床，床單被罩非常潔白。
老闆娘人特別好，服務非常熱情、周到。特別爽快的一個人。這是在大連住過的所有旅店中最滿意的一次，不虛此行！

1、房間也比較舒適，價格不貴，房間乾淨，整體風格簡潔舒適，超級滿意。
2、服務非常好，很熱情，衞生很乾凈，離海邊近，出入很方便。
3、酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，主要是房價實惠，住的很滿意！
4、衞生間提供一次性坐便墊，一次性拖鞋，服務周到。
5、酒店附近有商超，購物很方便！
