正門口在小衚衕裏，還算比較好找，附近公交趟次很多，出行方便。
房間非常整潔，屋內温度很足，來連旅遊怕冷的人完全不用擔心！房間很大，一進門香香的，東西也很新。被子枕頭都軟軟的超舒服。衞生間環境很好，淋浴頭突突出水，馬桶是智能的，完全可以放心洗漱。電視聯網，開關很簡單，總之一切都很方便！

民宿在付家莊路，離沙灘很近。老闆好像不是專門做民宿，房間設施和衞生不盡人意，我們晚上入住，房間洗髮水沐浴露瓶裏都灌的水，根本沒法洗，下樓也沒找到老闆。睡覺時發現床墊上有很厚的塑料紙，躺下一動就滋啦滋啦的響，很影響入睡。第二天早晨發現房間地面桌面凳子灰很厚，小朋友光腳去衞生間回來腳底板都黑了。建議老闆能改進一下。
