當時選擇本民宿是看位置離發現王國不遠，老闆入住當天上午與我電話聯繫了，説好可以入住了告訴我，本打算先入住再去發現王國的，一直也沒等到有人通知我，沒打開看老闆發的位置導航就沒發現實際入住位置和平台上的根本不是一個地方，等晚上9點多散場去入住按照平台的位置導航沒找到，又按老闆發的才發現還得走6公里多，原來是一個偏僻的新小區，房間還可以，心裏還比較接受這麼遠，後來掀開被子才發現有污漬和頭髮，也不知道這是換沒換床單被罩，太晚了，也衹能這樣了！希望老闆更新一下實際位置，帶着孩子的屬實不方便，周邊比較荒涼

我們一家拖老攜幼在大連呆了三天住了三家酒店，有老牌五星，華住會連鎖，最後一天來到這裏。感覺非常超值，讓旅行的最後一天變得非常愜意。總結一下優點——第一：小區套房，使得整體入住環境非常舒適，人少，安靜，設施完善，車好停；第二：房間很大，三件套房兩間浴室，投屏電視，冰箱洗衣機該有都有，讓一家人的生活變得很自在，彷彿在自己家一般；第三：性價比極高。原本來金石灘就是想帶娃去海灘，原本考慮住硬石酒店，兩間房要小兩千，住這裏，開車去海灘也很方便，直接省了1600。在杭州也住過三房的民宿，要價1200一晚。這裏完勝。總之很棒，推薦～

新裝修的房子真的非常非常滿意如果不是時間不夠真想多住幾天整套房子特別乾淨比我自己家都乾淨哈哈就像住在家裡一樣五臟俱全什麼都有一應俱全唯一美中不足是有一個卧室的空調有聲音但開了客廳的空調温度也可以所以無傷大雅樓下就是超市我們是自駕遊離金石灘還有發現王國開車非常近很方便以後機會還會選擇這裏希望保持住

這家民宿確實不錯，老闆溝通積極順暢，三室兩廳冰箱啥的都有，而且衞生打掃的也乾淨，小區環境也不錯，比較安靜，停車免費。離金石灘大概20來分鐘車程，下次來大連金州區還訂這家。

非常不錯，房間乾淨衞生，老闆熱情周到細緻，走後發現我們落下的耳機主動聯繫我們並給郵寄回去，非常感謝，很值得推薦，尤其是家庭出遊的，住宿很方便，裝修很好，小區環境優美，安靜。
