The staff was very friendly, helpful and they even helped to order my fren's birthday cake. They have upgraded us to a room with nice seaview and it was awesome. Their breakfast was hearty too! I’ve just returned to my home country, and I’m already missing my stay at this Dali hotel! The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from Dali Ancient City. What’s even better is that the hotel isn’t directly inside the ancient city, making it super convenient to order Didi rides, which can pick you up and drop you off right at the hotel’s doorstep. Since we stayed for two nights, the owner generously provided us with a pick-up service, which made our arrival so much smoother. As female travelers, we truly appreciated how attentive, caring, and thoughtful the staff were throughout our stay. The area around the hotel is very convenient. At night, the road fills up with roadside stalls, making it easy to find food. As Muslims, we were delighted to discover halal food options nearby, which added so much ease to our trip. We recently stayed at a hotel right outside the 南门of the Ancient City, and its location couldn't have been more convenient. Given how jammed Dali can get, walking was the best option, and this hotel’s location made it incredibly easy to explore the area on foot. The staff here is simply the best I’ve ever encountered. I had many parcels delivered to the hotel before my arrival, and they not only managed all of them seamlessly but also offered to send out additional parcels on my behalf. Despite the hotel being fully booked, they attended to our requests promptly and always with a smile. Their dedication to going above and beyond was truly impressive. The staff also provided excellent recommendations for food and activities nearby, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic, and the views of 苍山 were amazing. We had a wonderful stay, and we will definitely be back!
