This hotel offered very good service to us during our stay. The owner helped to carry all our luggage to our room and let us take any extra bottle of water, hangers, toothbrushes, etc. The room was clean and spacious and equipped with AI controller, Xiao Du to operate lighting and curtain with voice. Breakfast was also good and the location was very close to Dali ancient city, which is within walking distance of 5 min. The hotel room exterior was beautifully decorated and pleasing. Thank you, we had a wonderful stay here so close to the Dali Ancient Town (only 1 minute away from the hotel). The hotel also organised a private tour to take my husband and I around Erhai and even helped us took lots of pretty photos when we were at Dali Santorini. The driver was very patient and recommended places to visit. The hotel room was very clean and very comfortable. They also prepared some bath salt and rose petals if I want to soak in a hot bath after a long day (and of course I did 😁🥰). The breakfast was nice, even gave us a bak chang because it was Dragon Boat Festival that day, so sweet of them. Staffs were very helpful, organised to pick us up and took us back to Dali Bullet Train station with no problem at all. The place is absolutely nice and all of us travelled as friends love this place so much. We went up to rooftop and watched the sunrise as early as 6.30am. The air is fresh and I can even heard the birds singing which is very rare in the city. The rooms are clean and spacious. We booked two single beds in the room but we feel the beds are like queen size bed. (Forget to take room photos). The hotel provide laundry self service as well. The walking distance to Dali Ancient town took only less than 5 mins is another plus point for this hotel. Overall, I would like 9/10 for this hotel and highly recommend for those who are still hesitating about this property.
