感謝Nocole每次的及時響應服務，讓這次帶娃旅行舒適且開心。雨天聽雨，晴天看雲賞景，入住的這幾天有貼心的鮮花餅、牛奶還有水果，在酒店放鬆就好。不過餐廳出版速度確實慢，建議高峯期提前一小時點餐[破涕為笑]

這個評價是專門寫給尹傑柱Terry的，我們去的當天正好趕上火把節，酒店邀請客人一起參加村子裏麪的流水席，很多酒店員工都過去一起吃飯，正常來講我覺得吃飯本來就是休息時間，大家一起吃吃喝喝，我們作為客人也體驗到了濃郁的氛圍就很不錯了。
但是Terry卻主動和客人坐在一桌，不僅照顧我們吃飯，還和我們耐心的講解菜品特色，風土人情，火把節的故事和寓意，以及村子裏如何為火把節作準備，可謂是全方面的讓我們感受到了熱情，完全不像是作為酒店員工在完成自己的工作，而是給我一種很難得的像許久未見的老朋友一樣的感覺。
住在酒店的兩天裏，Terry從頭到尾都給我們留下了很深刻的印象，也是我住了上百家酒店，第一次發自內心主動想要留下評價的一次。
真誠服務從來不是表面工作做得足，而是從細節裏給人留下深刻的印象，感謝Terry給我們帶來一個很難忘的兩天，也希望酒店越做越好。
