1/5 Just checked in, and I'm here to share my experience🤗. The landlord and housekeeper provided great service. They picked up the luggage at the parking lot🧳 and helped move the luggage to the room. The hotel's exterior and room design are beautiful and clean, and the bedding is comfortable. There is a washing machine and humidifier in the room, which is very heartwarming🥰. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Shuanglang Ancient City. When checking out, the landlord also gave me a box of flower cakes, which was a surprise. As tourists, we are very moved. I wish your business is prosperous!  P.S. The sisters in charge of breakfast also provided great service! Like 👍🏼

First time being in Dali and we moved over to Shuanglang (双廊) from Dali Gucheng (大理古城) to explore the east side of Erhai. The location is about a 5-10min walk from Shuanglang Guzhen's South Entrance （双廊古镇南门口）. However, the place is located on top of a hill. Hence, we needed to contact the butler (管家/客服) to chauffeur us from below to the place or vice versa when we needed to head out. While there's no lift, the butler was also really helpful to carry our luggage up and down the apartment. See pictures for reference of the view of our room - really beautiful. Our room is fairly clean, with house cleaning everyday. Just a thing to note is there's no area to hang your clothes in the shower area 😅 In terms of service, they were really nice and helpful! Chauffeuring us up and down each time we went out~ just fyi, there's cooked breakfast at the pantry every morning! Not going to lie, it was a proper meal (a bowl of mixian noodles, with cut fruits and a boiled egg). For foreign guests like myself who don't have a local Chinese number, you can contact them via WeChat. Ps: if you're planning to travel around the cities, feel free to ask them if they can get discounted rides for you. Otherwise calling Didi (ride hailing service) or checking local tours can be helpful :)
