設施：都是很新的設備，沒有碰見沒有熱水的情況，小朋友也泡澡了，便泡澡邊看洱海美景相當不錯😌
衞生：衞生狀況很不錯，沒有衞生死角，個人感覺很乾凈
環境：環境沒得説，可以看我拍的實拍圖，太出片了
服務：小哥哥，小姐姐人都很nice，還有接送服務會提前很好聯繫
早餐很不錯，公共區域風景更好
房間還有歡迎水果和飲料，很不錯，咖啡隨便喝
唯一有一點就是在山上，上下山比較沒有那麼方便，但是換句話也屬於很安靜，安全了
屬於是下次來還會定的級別！

來雲南旅行最棒的一家酒店了，出去吃飯老闆也接送，房間可以看洱海很大很漂亮，老闆服務超級好，所有的用品都是一次性的而且都是品牌貨，很乾凈，很貼心，入住很用心的提前準備了小朋友的用品，還有甜點下午茶，歡迎水果贈送。細節滿分～退房的時候，一直送我們上車，還很貼心的送了鮮花餅伴手禮～下次來大理還住這個酒店！

這次我訂的是2米寬的大床8度海景房。因為帶4歲小孩隨行，事先跟酒店溝通需要床防護欄，酒店非常周到！熱情！連同一起佈置了小童玩具及設施。房間非常乾淨整潔！海景無敵！躺在床上都可看到海，我孫女躺在外面大陽台的沙發上數據星星，非常愜意！酒店送的水果也新鮮好吃。出去吃飯還有酒店的帥哥負責開車接送，服務態度非常nice！原本是預訂住3個晚上。耐不住朋友邀請去洱海西邊玩，我取消了2晚。酒店工作人員知道後依然對我們熱情款待。晚上免費煮麪給我孫女吃。早餐精緻美味又營養。看着美麗的洱海、吃着美味的早餐，心情真的很贊！可惜！我拍的都是視頻，上傳不了。
