來到pullman，謝謝herman周到的服務安排，大理很多民宿很特別，但是個人比較喜歡酒店的系統服務，pullman應該是大理不二之選，太新開業會很重甲醇味，開業太久設備老舊，pullman剛剛好，設施很新

首先是服務，貼心周到。在入住前酒店工作人員小熊丸子寶寶添加了我的微信，詢問了關於居住的一些特殊要求，且發來了很多旅遊攻略，十分用心！在告知工作人員我們是蜜月旅行後還贈送了一個蛋糕，暖心，美味！
入住後工作人員貼心的為我們房間做了升級，很感謝！對於蕎麥枕的需求也有滿足。
這是我第一次入住雅高集團旗下的酒店，感覺真的是五星級的滿意。謝謝工作人員們，讓我們擁有了一段很美好的旅行記憶！🤝
