This hotel is really dreamy! I did not regret booking this hotel at all. It is really like santorini. The staff is great and the free photoshoot is awesome as well. Breakfast was superb. They catered to a vegetarian meal since we're Muslims. The staff even arranged pickup and drop-off to and fro the train station for us. Appreciate it so much. They are not even stingy with the things they provided to us at the hotel. Teatime, nightly soups, fruits, and the toiletries. It's about an hr away from the ancient city but to me this is worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pure Soul Cliff Seaview Manor. The grounds and rooms are mediterannean themed, and it is beautiful! The staff and our host Mim were top-notch and made our stay more enjoyable. The ride and help with the luggage from the train station was a big bonus. The afternoon tea/coffee/dessert was delightful and the breakfast was simple, but delicious. The location was excellent and away from the crowds.

Really love the staff at muxinbao - they are very attentive and always reply very fast when text on WeChat. There’s free shuttle to and from hotel which is great and convenient. The room is very spacious and has a Marshall speaker 👍👍 the breakfast is good too. The photoshoot can be quite scammy - they do provide the free photos as stated but the external photographer may try to upsell the photos with edits.

LOVE OUR STAY HERE! The staffs were helpful and we were gifted to many gifts. Door gifts for the kids which was really thoughtful and also parting gifts. We wished our stay was longer. My kids love the room so much especially the small outdoort bath, they called pool. Eveb after check out, they still asked if we have reached destonation safely. In Lijiang now and still thinking about the hotel. Thank you for such a memorable stay in Dali. Hope to stay there again!

Booked 2 room of twin sharing, 1 king size bed room with Seaview. The room included with 5 FOC photo captured by their photographer. Location wise at the wen bit village with walking to restaurant nearby. Seaview is good enough the only bad is none vehicle parking is provided

The butler service is very personalised. And staff are all young, energetic and obliging.

This is probably the ceiling of the B&Bs I have stayed in! The environment is like a small Bali, the facilities are super five-star, and the staff are warm and thoughtful: the fresh fruit plate, afternoon tea, and goodnight sweet soup that are different every day make us feel at home. What's more heartwarming is that when they learned that it was my mother's birthday during my stay, the B&B thoughtfully prepared a whole cake. Waking up and falling asleep with Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake every day is a dream that I don't want to wake up from!

Facilities: The hotel is one of the few hotels in Dali with an elevator, which is very suitable for bringing the elderly and children to stay. I will contact you by phone a few days in advance, then add WeChat, build a housekeeper group, and ask if you need to take pictures in the hotel, etc. In the evening, I will also send a warm reminder, and breakfast and good night sweet soup can also be delivered to the room for consumption. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel the need to write one because the experience was so good this time! Because the entrance is on the road, it's not easy to park the car. We were told in advance that we would be notified when we were about to arrive. There was already a lady waiting at the door to help us unload our luggage. She took me to the parking lot very considerately, and then sent me back by electric car. The check-in procedure was very smooth, and the room was ready for us at 11:00. The facilities in the room were very complete (nice slippers, good bedding, Marshall Acton II speakers, Dyson hair dryer, and small bottles of toiletries), and the scenery was also very good. It felt like it met all my expectations for staying, and the most important thing was that the service was also very good! 5 travel photos were given for free, but because they were so good, I bought dozens of them for fine-tuning. In the evening, I turned on the water to watch the sunset, and the hot spring pool was right in the west. I really... Afternoon tea could be delivered to the room, and there was a fruit platter that was placed in the room at some point. The staff greeted me very politely when they came in and out. I felt that I was pampered like a non-human, and I had fallen. I feel that this is the hotel with the best service. Although it has been open for a long time, it is also doing maintenance and repairs on its infrastructure. I hope that Muxin Castle can continue its current service and facilities. The hotel has a beautiful view. From before check-in to after check-out, the customer service was always online and responded quickly. The young lady and brother always had a smile. It was afternoon when we arrived. The sun was shining on the castle building, facing the sea, super beautiful. I booked a twin room with sea view. As soon as I opened the door, I saw Erhai Lake. Wow! I put on a skirt and made an appointment for the photography service provided by the hotel. The photography lady was awesome and I was very satisfied with the photos (but it was a bit expensive to buy photos haha). The afternoon tea was delivered with a piece of cake and a drink. The product was good. It was not a problem to stare at Erhai Lake for an afternoon. The breakfast was very rich, with rice noodles, bread and scrambled eggs, coarse grains, white porridge, and coffee. In general, although Wenbi Village has no scenic spots, if you choose a good hotel, you can stay in the hotel for a day without going out, and you can watch Erhai Lake comfortably, and you will feel comfortable☺️

The manor is very beautiful, with complete facilities and warm service. I enjoyed the exquisite afternoon tea and manor photo taking. The accommodation experience was very good. When I left, I also received a beautiful tie-dye souvenir, which was a surprise. There is also a rich breakfast, especially the rice noodles are super delicious.
