前台和管家所有工作人員都非常熱情、親切，不管是入住介紹、行李協助，還是出行建議都特別貼心，有種“住進朋友家”的感覺。我們是帶媽媽和長輩一起來的，她們都覺得很舒適安心。
房間乾淨整潔，海景視野太棒了，推窗就是洱海，早晚都能看見洱海的不同顏色，拍照特別出片。早餐也很好吃，中式和西式都有，吃得很滿意。
特別感謝服務人員在下雨那天還貼心送傘，幫我們叫車，每一處細節都很周到。

The stay experience was pretty good. The balcony in the hotel room was a pleasant surprise. The view was so wide that you could see Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake in the distance. In the evening, I sat there and watched the afterglow of the sunset pour in. The atmosphere was full~ The service was impeccable. The housekeeper Ah Hui was warm and considerate. The overall stay was comfortable and safe. Whether it was a business trip or a trip, it was a good choice to choose this place. I will come again next time
