寫的離車站的距離是直線距離吧，要走好遠才到，而且路也不是很好拖箱子。優點是公共交通便利，這幾天在大理完全打不到車，多虧了公共交通。

房間衞生是可以 但是前台服務流程真的很差 語氣裏透着不耐煩 剛開始的時候也沒有説車鑰匙放前台 直到我們出去的時候 在外面輪船上玩打來電話一直催回來挪車 晚上我們出去吃飯的時候 直接像我們欠她幾百萬一樣 抱着個手 那個説話語氣真的有點看不起人的樣子

服務態度好，酒店風格不錯，設施齊全，大廳很大，前台服務好，貼心，辦理入住快，酒店帶電梯很給力，房間乾淨整潔，網絡給力，床很大，衞生間乾淨，洗澡舒服，客房服務員熱情，主動打招呼，停車方便，附近吃的更是方便，停車場很大！
很滿意的入住體驗，環境很好，特別是前台服務超級超級超級好！！！！

兩點鐘退房 保潔一點零九分就開始敲門問要不要打掃衞生 明確表示不用之後像是沒有聽見一樣一直在敲門 一直問要不要打掃衞生 拒絕了三遍！！！最後還質問我們不退房嗎 我們好聲好氣的説退的 保潔就開始催説“兩點之前要退房 你們快一點”什麼意思啊 趕人走？兩點之前他就是一點四十五一點五十來催我也覺得沒什麼 一點零九？？？？這麼不歡迎住下次就換一家 以後不會來了
