Very nice and warm welcome.
The room is good.
Easy to access from Dali train station, easy to visit old town from the hotel.
The owner speaks English, and is very helpful. I recommend staying there for non-chinese speaking tourists.

No service, no one to be found, all the lights in the corridor were turned off at night, I fell down, the air conditioner was not allowed to use, and the room was not cleaned

Very bad. It's not their place at all. It's another yard. The windows are rusty. The curtains are bricks. The hygiene is also very poor. I didn't lift the quilt to see. The child was asleep and I found all kinds of dirt and hair. There was no way to wake the child up in the middle of the night. My face was itchy all night. There were only two sets of toiletries.
