環境雅緻大氣，綠植錯落有致，處處透着寧靜舒適的氛圍。讓人倍感愜意。
衞生方面更是無可挑剔，房間裏的床鋪平整潔凈，桌面、地板一塵不染，衞生間的瓷磚和鏡面亮得能照出人影，連衣櫃角落都收拾得乾乾淨淨，住得格外安心。
最讓人印象深刻的是管家服務，從辦理入住開始，管家就笑意盈盈地全程陪同，細緻介紹房間設施和周邊服務。入住期間，無論有任何需求，一個電話很快就會響應——小到需要額外的枕頭，大到規劃出行路線，他們都耐心周到，態度始終熱情親和，既保持着恰到好處的距離感，又讓人時刻感受到被重視的温暖，像有位貼心的朋友在身邊一樣，體驗感滿分。

環境：環境很好，客廳坐着看看雨都很放鬆心情
服務：比較值得説的是服務非常好，從機場直接有管家來接我們，日常提供2個管家可以開車帶我們玩，隨時什麼事都能聯繫管家非常方便，包括管家推薦的地點都沒有踩雷，沒有坑人的情況，在別墅的時候會陪我們沏茶聊天，早餐可以幫我們買也可以幫我們做，總體來説很適合來休閑度假，非常方便

酒店位置真正的依山傍水，每天在頂樓都可以仰望蒼山，俯瞰洱海。衞生和住宿條件不輸豪華酒店。配套服務超過豪華酒店。讓人有賓至如歸的親切感。酒店的管家服務特別不錯，這次來大理正趕上雨季，因為管家的合理安排，讓我們的出行更方便了。

拖着一家老小，在春節高峯期出行，非常慶幸選擇了美麗相約。王管家從接機開始，為我們安排了最適宜的行程。交通上，王管家熟悉當地路況，遊玩要點，擁堵情況，讓一行人減少擁堵和排隊情況。吃的上面，會結合行程推薦當地特色餐廳和特色菜。
酒店房間和共用面積都很大，有小童樂園和浴缸，有茶室和露天陽台，小盆友玩得很開心。
