最近入住了大理花園別墅半山酒店，整體體驗遠超預期！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就感受到工作人員的熱情和專業。前台高效辦理入住，還貼心介紹了酒店設施和周邊景點，服務細緻周到。退房時工作人員主動詢問入住反饋，並協助寄存行李，賓至如歸的體驗讓人倍感温暖。無論是商務出行還是休閑度假，這裏都是理想之選，期待下次再見！

酒店的自然環境古色古香，雖然酒店建成時間不短了，但是提供的設施非常有温度，我們到的時候比較冷，每個房間都給我們準備了取暖器，每天都有歡迎水果和小零食，每天早晨早餐也都按照我們的習慣和口味量身定製，真的很貼心了！
在這裏，特別特別表揚這次接待我們的管家趙輝師傅！！全程從接機開始到送我們去其他酒店，感覺到了無微不至的服務，隨時需要衹要在服務羣裏説一聲立刻響應， 哪怕是除夕初一這樣的節日也一整天陪着我們逛景點、吃美食，因為他的推薦和指引我們少走了很多彎路，帶着一大家子老老小小太省心了，並且也很省錢省時間！不得不説美麗相約的管家服務真的是很好，完全超過了白金五星的服務水平，攜程我第一次寫文字評價，真的很推薦！

酒店在半山別墅區，背倚蒼山，環境清幽。白天可遠眺洱海，回望蒼山雲霧；晚上可仰望星空，曆數點點繁星。沒事坐在小院中喝壺茶也很是愜意。酒店服務周到而熱情，尤其有貼心的管家服務，管家趙師不但車接車送，還幫我們推薦了旅遊路線以及當地好吃的餐館。酒店的早餐也很豐富，一家人四口都吃不完。有機會再去大理還會選擇這裏。

最值得一提的是專車服務，酒店周圍都帶着玩，相當於包車了。自己都不用做攻略，管家的推薦都很贊
房間不錯，幫我們升了房。空間寬敞，頂層露台可以直接遠眺洱海。後面還有個小院子，下午喝茶非常舒服。
這次房間的淋浴下水有點小問題，不過好在浴缸上還有一個淋浴頭，沒有受到很大影響。

這次接待我們的管家是楊燕來女士，非常專業、熱情、細緻、耐心、負責！把我們的行程規劃得非常完美！一路玩了大理古城、大理州博物館、張家花園、蒼山索道、洱海、喜洲古鎮、雙廊古鎮、小普陀、聖託里尼，每一個景點都安排得特別好，這兩天玩得非常開心！楊女士是白族人，對我們遊客非常熱情，像家人一般，很多事情為旅客考慮得非常周到，第一次來大理，能遇到這麼好的導遊，真的非常幸運！下次有機會再來大理玩，一定會選擇楊燕來管家！專業認真熱情耐心負責！完美的旅程！
