酒店位置真的是要給5分的，距離洱海公園步行幾分鐘，房間觀景洱海太美了！
早餐也很好 就是人多 座位不夠 要坐到旁邊的宴會廳裏。衹能説 生意太好
服務也很周到 會提前打電話問詢到店時間；住店期間也會電話來詢問入住體驗。響應也比較快。不錯 很推薦

酒店位置很好，出門就可親近洱海，有天然的優勢！剛從瀘沽湖的英迪格過來洱海的英迪格，幾點體會:1.房間設備設施已老舊，空調製冷效果一般，出風口很顯眼很臟，聲音大，衞生間排氣聲音嗡嗡響，馬桶也不是智能的。衹有吹風機還可以，戴森。2.房間的裝修風格偏老舊了，地板、牆面、窗簾、空調面板等；佈局也不合理，洗手間和衣帽間共用一個門，不好開關；3.酒店早餐豐富，贈送了下午茶券，值得點贊！4.建議酒店可以定製一些布制的手提袋（可參考瀘沽湖英迪格手提袋），既實用又可宣傳！

網上宣傳房型圖片跟實際入住房型不一致。最氣憤的是早上去吃個早餐回來，還未退房，房間門就打不開了，打電話給前台開房門過去4分鐘未有服務人員過來開門，然後打電話給賓客關係部副經理Gigi未接，發訊息給這個所謂的副經理截止目前評價未回電話或訊息，這個服務真是不值得這個房費。跟麗江洲際酒店真是沒的比，同是洲際集團下的品牌，可服務就是兩個水平。
