酒店出門就是洱海，觀景房視野絕了，早晨看日出都不需要出房間，不過打車的話衹能到村口，需要拖着行李箱走一段路，但為了美景感覺可以克服

衞生條件比較差，毛巾臟兮兮的，水也不太好用，房子機構原因導致屋內悶熱，除了位置比較一些，其他乏善可陳。

房間：是頂層的；
大小：是閣樓一分為二的；
窗簾：是關不嚴實的；
馬桶：是極度緩慢沖水的（嚴格意義上，那不叫沖水，就是在流水）；
衞生：是以蟲子為伴的（不誇張，床上見到三衹蟲子，大螞蟻+小蜘蛛+一個不認識的）；
裝修：是牆面脱落，木頭腐爛的；
設備：插座是衹有一個，需要通插排的。
以上評價真實客觀，非常刺激的一次體驗！

房間設施：真的沒想到這個價格房間能這麼破舊，簡直有點子離譜，牆壁掉皮，地板漏縫，玻璃不是蜘蛛網就是臟的各種黑點點，廁所馬桶下水超慢。也沒有衞生間用的地墊，一次性拖鞋踩那個廁所地磚真的超級滑。
服務：酒店門口無法停車也沒問題，到了找不到打老闆電話老闆也超級不耐煩，大概意思就是自己不會看訂房訊息麼那種[流汗]，白瞎這麼好的房子位置了。

裝修比較老舊，空間太小，但價格相比於其他民宿並不低，衞生間比較簡陋，床單有破損，性價比比較低。
另外，剛開始預訂兩天，但由於改行程縮短一天，理論上可以免費更改離店日期的，但老闆不同意，需要扣除10%手續費，體驗不太好。

環境還不錯，有海景，去古城和洱海邊都不遠，打車也方便，早餐品種單一，説是不能開火，給個建議，早餐拿電鍋煮個雞蛋比較好，成本高不了多少
