來洱海旅行入住三色雲河洱海雪店，體驗感直接拉滿！一進店就感受到熱情，小剛的服務堪稱滿分，從辦理入住開始就貼心又細緻，主動幫我們免費升級了超棒的房間，寬敞明亮，窗外就是絕美湖景，躺着就能把洱海風光盡收眼底。
全程最讓人感動的是他對行李的周到安排，無論是入住時搬運行李，還是離店時幫忙送到車上，都毫無怨言，細緻又利落。每天的早餐和下午茶都超美味，食材新鮮，種類豐富，從精緻甜點到特色美食，每一口都充滿誠意。到了晚上，還有暖心的晚安甜品送上，精緻的擺盤和獨特的口味，細節之處盡顯用心。

Hotel was really great, hotel came out the pick us and helped with our luggages. Their service was top notch, especially 小刚 our butler. Hotel is in the middle of the city which makes it very convenient as there's shops and food just right outside the hotel. Great view as well, would definitely recommend for friends and families.

這是我們來大理的第一站，酒店的管家小剛在我還沒出發雲南的時候就提前聯繫接車事宜，接到我們後給我們一路介紹當地地道飯館和需要避坑的地方，入住後，酒店準備的酒水飲料齊全，連卸粧棉都準備好了（剛好我忘帶卸粧水了），後來小剛又送了我們一些，解決了我們整個旅程卸粧的問題，還有下午茶和點心，早餐的搭配也非常的豐富。入住體驗還是很暖心的，下次去瀘沽湖還選擇他家。
