房間很大，但是東西很簡陋。體驗感一般。 設施：簡陋，空調不制熱，牀板很硬，被子薄（所以開了空調，但是還是不暖和）。另外沒有停車場，需要自己付停車場的費用，一般50元（所以訂房的朋友考慮下停車成本） 環境：離海邊倒是很近，大概出門幾十米就到了，但是房間看不到海。 服務：老闆很熱情，叫了三輪車從停車場幫我們拉行李到客棧。

空調不給力，住的時候是大理最冷那會，家庭房面積比較大，也沒有電熱毯，被子薄，給我冷得眼冒金星。衹有站在空調下面有點熱度，我家人直接穿着厚衣服睡的。而且這個房型外面有個陽台，晚上呼呼颳風，更冷了。設施舊，馬桶蓋一碰就掉了。老闆人好，幫我們拿行李，有小三輪可以接送。可是太冷了，下次不來了..
