The hostess is incredibly kind and welcoming. She remembers every guest and greets them warmly, "You're back!" It feels like coming home. The host was also incredibly nice. He knew women often have heavy luggage and enthusiastically helped with it. We even got a free upgrade to a deluxe room. Best of all! The terrace has a swing that I absolutely love! It's also a great place for taking photos. Highly recommended!
