Dali Blue Mountain Hotel (Dali Ancient City South Gate)

I'm usually lazy about writing reviews, but this time I have to give a serious shout-out to this gem of a hotel! (Not the kind I'm writing for a gift from my boss.) First, the location is fantastic. The area is bustling, convenient for dining and strolling, right on the edge of the ancient city, and the courtyard is quiet. The room was also incredibly clean and new, with soft, comfortable bedding, brand new towels, a comfortable shower head, and a fresh kettle linen for each guest—a real plus! The courtyard was incredibly comfortable to sit in, and our room even had a small courtyard. The self-service coffee was excellent, and we probably had five cups over our two-day stay. It was a steal! The self-service laundry and drying service was a real plus, eliminating the need to carry a pile of dirty clothes home. Sitting in the courtyard, daydreaming and listening to the birdsong, was so relaxing! The trolley rental lady at the entrance was also very nice, and renting a small car was also very convenient. The makeup artist in the alley next door also did a beautiful job. The rice noodles at the entrance were also delicious. Everything was conveniently located within easy walking distance!

The birds in the yard are cute, the room is very clean, the facilities are good, and it is very convenient to go out on the pedestrian street and close to the South Gate.

房間清潔度：部分區域清潔不夠細緻，存在灰塵或未清理徹底的情況。 潮濕與烘乾需求：入住期間持續降雨，室內濕度較高，小童衣物晾曬不易乾燥，需使用烘乾機。設備使用過程中，工作人員每日多次提醒烘乾時間建議夏季衣物控制在40分鐘，雖理解其出於節能考慮，但高頻提醒可能讓住客產生約束感。 衞生間排水問題：洗澡時地漏排水不暢，導致地面易積水，地板滑。 希望民宿可針對設施維護及服務細節進一步優化，提升住客體驗。

You can see Cangshan Mountain from the window. It is the only B&B with an elevator. The room is very clean. Even I, who am quite picky, think it is very good.

Seriously, the service is very thoughtful and the environment is very good
