Picking the perfect hotel for my Dali trip made all the difference! From the moment we landed and drove here, it was completely stress-free. The hotel has its own exclusive parking lot downstairs, so we just parked, grabbed our luggage, and headed straight to the lobby, without having to worry about finding a spot. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and helpful during check-in, even offering us a complimentary room upgrade. The moment I stepped into the room, I was instantly captivated – a massive floor-to-ceiling window directly faced Erhai Lake, with the clear outline of Cangshan Mountain in the distance, completely unobstructed. Waking up to the shimmering lake surface was an absolute delight, instantly boosting my mood! All the amenities in the room were from well-known brands, felt great to use, and were of high quality. The cleanliness was exceptional, with every corner spotless. They offer a complimentary breakfast in the morning with a wide variety of fresh options. In the afternoon, guests can enjoy free coffee and snacks in the lobby. In the evening, heading to the rooftop for some fresh air offers breathtaking panoramic views of Erhai Lake and the Dali skyline – it's so expansive you'll wish you could stay longer. We were lucky enough to be there during the Dali Fish Lantern Festival, and we could even watch the dazzling fish lantern parade from our room at night. This stay truly exceeded all our expectations!

The room's excellent soundproofing ensured a great night's sleep, and the service was incredibly warm and attentive. Highly recommended! From booking to check-out, the entire experience was seamless. The hotel's service was truly outstanding. The room itself was spotlessly clean, tidy, and beautifully furnished to be both cozy and comfortable. The hotel's facilities and services were also comprehensive and well-maintained, making for a truly convenient and comfortable stay. A special thank you goes to the lovely lady at the front desk for her warm welcome and thoughtful service! I will definitely be back for another stay.

The staff were exceptionally considerate, responsible, and genuinely enthusiastic, assisting us with our luggage throughout our stay. Bringing our elderly parents and children here was such a smart choice; this was, hands down, the most satisfying accommodation of our entire Yunnan trip. It's absolutely perfect – a 10/10 experience! The environment is incredibly picturesque, and the views are simply breathtaking.
