小院位置離洱海邊大概500米，帶着小朋友去洱海玩水，玩石頭，玩沙，都不捨得離開的，距離大理高鐵站打車就起步價就到了，還在機場路上，出行很方便。院子很安靜，乾淨，房東很熱情好客。去大理遊玩時不錯的住宿選擇

別看周圍環境不起眼 但一進小院就是撲面的温馨 小院被打掃的乾乾淨淨 院裏的椅子和桌子雖然不經常有人坐但也很乾凈 晚上把自帶的小燈插上坐着看看書也很不錯👍 我們住的一樓 幾乎沒有蚊蟲 房間的設施很不錯 很明亮 廁所的邊邊角角也都很乾凈 洗澡的水温也很不錯 不會過熱過冷 吹風機是好用的 這個小院的背後就是洱海 環境特別不錯 大概走路7.8分鐘 電動車2分鐘就到了 還不是特別繞 房東人特別熱情 我們是去旅遊的 很耐心的幫我們介紹周圍的景點 包括我們租電動車和給孩子拍照的人都是他介紹的 我們都非常滿意👍👍👍

店主很好，會給推薦路線和提前溝通，辦理入住很快，房間很整潔乾淨，洗漱用品準備很齊全，關鍵是離洱海特別近，下次來大理還會住這家，行程太趕沒有拍入住照片，但是和圖片上完全一致，下附一張在店附近拍的洱海
