設施：酒店設施非常完善，停車場距離酒店2分鐘，會有小巴接送。屋內也是全屋智能，很方便。
衞生：酒店的衞生非常不錯！防蚊蟲做得也很好，床品也很乾凈！各種一次性馬桶墊一次性浴缸袋都配備齊全～
環境：如圖，景觀視野無敵，整面落地窗早上醒來打開窗簾一下子就清醒了，看到一整片的洱海不管雨天晴天心情都跟着好起來了！而且周邊也很安靜隔音也做得非常好不用怕被打擾！
服務：所有店員包括店長、老闆的服務都非常好，每天有免費下午茶，晚上有什麼需要微信找管家都有人在線。真的很用心但也很辛苦。下雨天到達的時候就有人接送提行李，checkout的時候還有送伴手禮。真的很不錯！

這是來到大理最滿意的一次體驗，住到了了夢寐以求的豪華無敵海景房，透過窗户一眼就可以看見美麗的洱海，入住後，工作人員也會貼心的送上下午茶緩解我們的疲憊，早上起床就能吃到熱乎乎的早餐，而且房間都是全屋智能語音控制衹需要呼叫一聲事情都幫你辦好啦，超滿意😀
