The view was truly amazing and the room was clean. Staff was really attentive as well and breakfast spread provided was good.
One downside is the soundproofing wasnt that great and you can hear the water pipes/people climbing the stairs. So if you’re a light sleeper, you may wanna wear some ear plugs.
They also collaborate with drivers for you to engage and tour around Dali, I think you can skip it as I feel the service provided by the driver wasnt that great.
Overall I will still recommend this hotel for the view and the convenience of the location (just less than 10min drive away from the railway station and around 30min to oldtown).

It is more of a BnB within a condo but comes with an amazing view of Erhai lake. Despite being on the 29th floor, we were surprised to be able to hear noise from cars and people below. The service was great and the host was easily contactable through WeChat to arrange free transport to and from the train station as well as breakfast in the morning and warm milk at night. The biggest downside was the distance from Dali Ancient Town which was about 30mins. But still a good location if you want to be near to the train station and have a great view.

This is not a Hotel but a condominium homestay...highly recommended with excellent Er Hai Seaview, I think it would be most perfect for couple travellers.
The staff are thoughtful would even want to prepare supper such as warm milk at night.
It is less than 10min ride to Dali station. A very convenient location to move around.
