The hotel was conveniently located right outside the dali ancient town, offering both convenience and tranquility. It was also beautifully decorated and equipped with a lot of amenities such as the pool, a really nice roof garden as well as a mini gym though we did not use them during this trip. The service and hospitality of the staffs were also impeccable. The receptionists were prompt in replies and always available to assist us, be it greeting us and helping us with our luggages or recommendations regarding touring around dali.
We were also very grateful for the free room upgrade and were once again impressed by the cleanliness, decor and comfort of the room. The supper was really good as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and will recommend it to anyone coming to dali! :)

The store manager's service is very good. She will try her best to meet any needs. She will also provide afternoon tea and good night drinks, and will also help carry luggage to the room. Overall, I am very satisfied. Highly recommended!

The hotel is humid and the first floor smells like sewerage, even though there is aromatherapy. It will still float out. Hygiene details are not clean. The breakfast is single, the butter has been re-solidified and is not fresh. Not worth the price!
