I have never stayed in a hotel with such bad sanitation. We went there at 2 pm, but the room we booked was not cleaned up. We entered and saw all kinds of takeaways, beer, cigarette butts, cigarette ashes everywhere. Bath towels and other things were thrown on the ground. The room was very smelly. There was still water in the bathtub. It was very dirty and messy. We asked, why hasn't the room been cleaned up yet at this late hour? Their service staff actually said that they would be ready in 10 minutes. Can this kind of room be cleaned up in 10 minutes? I was really surprised. Later, they said they would upgrade us to a room type, but we were moved from the second floor to the third floor. Everything else in the room was the same. They told me that the view on the third floor was better. I didn't feel any difference, and the video below was taken after they changed me to a clean room.
