鑽石會員本身可以2 點退房。我們再要求3 點退房前台服務很好說可以，服務員美美子待客有禮，非常好。房間被升海景房，很舒服，位置很好，很滿意。

一如既往的好，出門我首選亞朵。這次訂了兩間房，其中一間做了升級，到店正好遇到做保潔的工作人員在打掃衞生，那個精細程度簡直不一般，犄角旮旯全方位無死角消毒，所以衞生完全放心。酒店旁邊就是一個商場，吃的比較多。唯獨就是停車有個小問題，每次出停車場都要錄一次車牌，住了兩天，錄了四五次車牌，這個有點耽擱事，建議改為每個客人入住期間衹需要錄入一次車牌。服務人員很熱情，走的時候還送了伴手禮。整體很不錯！

雲南來過6次，這是最差的體驗，同樣的價格住民宿體驗相差太大，連早餐都沒有，觀海房間衹能看見一點點海，兩邊的窗户下面的馬路吵得要死，在昆明也住過亞朵，但是比大理亞朵好太多，服務還，環境，實施和昆明的不能比。

酒店衞生條件好，配套齊全，工作人員認真負責，入住兩天，體驗相當不錯。因為家人的大意，遺留了一些生活用品，工作人員一一為我們清點，還不辭辛苦的為我們配送快遞員寄回。衷心感謝大理洱海公園亞朵酒店員工！以後出行還會選擇亞朵，必須為亞朵點贊。
