第1次來大理就遇上這麼噁心的商家。不僅前台沒有人，而且院子裏都沒有開燈，差點摔倒。酒店前台打電話老闆説出去玩兒了我們自己辦入住。老闆態度很差，讓我們自己開燈，自己拿鑰匙，房間也很差。我説就不能來個人幫我們辦理一下嗎？老闆説回不來，態度巨差。我説你這樣的話我就要投訴了，老闆説你直接去投訴我吧到平台就很囂張。結果我們進到房間裏窗樓頂都是漏風的。且牆皮都是開裂的。鏈家的燒水壺都是很久沒有用過的，而且沒有清洗，上面都是一層水垢，看着特別的噁心，並且他把衞生間的衞生紙放在我的床頭櫃上，看着非常的讓我難受，我拉開牀頭櫃裏面全都是頭髮和**。且酒店的玻璃杯裏面全都是臟灰，幾百年都沒有洗過了。還在衞生間發現了疑似人類的毛髮。中間也沒有洗臉的毛巾，衹有兩件浴巾，這就是我們定的330塊的雲上王府。店大欺客，而且商家態度巨差。望大家來大理的時候，一定要避雷這家酒店。來了讓你後悔終生。以後不要相信網圖都是照騙！
