Despite the hotel being fully booked, they attended to our requests promptly and always with a smile. Their dedication to going above and beyond was truly impressive. The staff also provided excellent recommendations for food and activities nearby, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic, and the views of 苍山 were amazing. We had a wonderful stay, and we will definitely be back!

The hotel location was very strategic and near to airport and train station. The hotel has arranged a driver to pick us from the train station. The staff was very friendly, helpful and they even helped to order my fren's birthday cake. They have upgraded us to a room with nice seaview and it was awesome. Their breakfast was hearty too!
